Description
Dates of Temporary, Fulltime Employment:
10/01/2024 to 07/31/2025 Hourly Wage: $16.07 to $18.00 per hour (Service-charge eligible position)
Overtime Possible: Overtime may be available at $24.11 to $27.00 per hour. Hours Per Week: 35 – Frequency of Pay: Bi-weekly
Days and Shifts:
Monday – Sunday; shifts available 7 days a week. Work hours from: 10:00am to 6:00pm; 8:00am to 4:00pm; 4:00pm to 12:00am, shift hours may vary based on the time of the season, daylight, and need.
Responsibilities:
Preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Line cooks report directly to the Executive Chef.
Experience Requirement:
One (1) year of culinary experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required.
Education Requirement:
No Level of Education Required.
Training or Certification Requirement:
No Training Required.
Special Requirements for the Job:
Petitioner will consider for employment anyone who possesses at least one (1) year of culinary experience in a fine- dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required.
Ability to speak & read English. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check.
Optional housing is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis for workers who are relocating to begin employment. Cost of housing if accepted, is $150.00 – $200.00 per week. If used, total cost of housing will be deducted from pay check.
