This role is focused on connecting businesses with skilled, pre-screened candidates ready to meet a wide variety of staffing needs—whether for full-time, part-time, short-term gigs, or freelance projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Target Local Employers & Small Businesses: Identify, reach out to, and engage with businesses across Jamaica in industries like retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and more, offering tailored recruitment solutions.
Introduce Enhanced Services: Promote our updated recruitment platform, showcasing how it connects businesses with pre-screened candidates who are ready to work in flexible roles.

Relationship Building: 
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business owners, HR managers, and other decision-makers.

Consultative Sales Approach: Understand the specific staffing needs of each business and present tailored recruitment solutions that address their hiring challenges.

Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, with a clear focus on delivering value to local businesses.
Client Support: Guide businesses through the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience from candidate sourcing to final hiring decisions.

What We’re Looking For:
Sales Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, particularly in B2B sales, recruitment services, or staffing solutions.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence business owners and decision-makers.

Self-Motivated and Results-Driven: A proactive individual who can work independently to generate leads and close deals.

Customer-Centric Approach: A strong understanding of the needs of local businesses and the ability to offer customized recruitment solutions.

Familiarity with the Jamaican Market: Knowledge of the local business environment and labor market trends is a plus.

Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation (for fieldwork when needed).
