Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow customer accounts, focusing on satisfaction, upselling, and cross-selling
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product offerings and service quality
- Conduct strong follow-ups to ensure customer needs are met and opportunities are maximized
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast future opportunities
- Update the CRM system with all customer interactions and sales activities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Assist in client onboarding, ensuring successful implementation of SaaS solutions
- Perform market research to identify potential industries and clients
- Network at industry events to connect with potential clients and stay updated on trends
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials
- Provide product development feedback based on customer interactions and market research
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics
- Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in International relations, Public relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and technology.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (e.g., internships, part-time jobs) is a plus but not required
