Role Description:

Seeking a proactive sales professional to develop the Jamaican B2B IT market and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for an IT wholesaler. Manage and expand client accounts, open new sales channels, and build brand awareness within Kingston and Montego Bay.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Get to know the existing clients which belong to the IT Market (Retailers, ISPs, Resellers, Solution Integrators, etc.)
  • Open and develop new accounts in the country and increase sales in variety and frequency
  • Traveling to potential and existing customers within Kingston and Montego Bay
  • Build brand awareness and present IT company products (Connectivity, Storage, Security, Retail, and Software) that will eventually lead to a sale
  • Generate leads by identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various channels

 

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the B2B market or relevant field. With preferences in IT Market or Wholesaler`s IT Market
  • Must own a vehicle (Gas expenses will be reimbursed)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach by anticipating challenges, proposing effective solutions, and taking the initiative to address issues without waiting for direction.
  • Consistently delivers high-quality results by setting clear goals, staying focused on priorities, and following through on commitments to achieve or exceed targets.
